Production process and burning magnesium brick is roughly the same, but in the batch by adding a certain percentage of industrial alumina or special bauxite clinker. Magnesium aluminum brick in the Al2O3 content is generally 5 to 10% as well. The process of burning magnesia bricks and burning bricks is the same as that of other refractory bricks. However, the firing temperature of the magnesia brick is higher than that of other brick types, generally 1550 to 1600C, and the firing temperature of the high purity product is 1750C or higher. Magnesite, such as CaO content is higher, the brick material to be trapped in order to eliminate the harmful effects of CaO to improve the brick forming performance. Do not burn magnesia brick in addition to not firing process, the other process and firing magnesia brick is roughly the same.
