Foam Ceramic Insulation Board (STP)

Foam ceramic insulation board (STP), referred to as a ceramic insulation board, is made of inorganic ceramic materials by high temperature calculating.
Advantages:
(1) All components are inorganic, high temperature resistant, non-combustible and fireproof.
(2) Good durability, anti-aging and same lifespan with buildings.
(3) Can be well bonded with cement mortar and concrete. Common concrete is enough for bonding and plastering, There is no need of polymer adhesive mortar, plaster mortar and reinforcing mesh. It has fewer procedures, anti-crack, anti-seepage and fewer quality problems.
(4) Low water absorption. It can be firmly adhered to cement mortar and facing tiles. The outer decorative bricks are safe and reliable.
(5) No additional costs for maintenance and renovation. It can minimize the consumption of resources and cost.
Disadvantages:
A little expensive
Composite cement foam insulation board (silicate foam insulation board)

It is a type of lightweight obturator hydrophobic insulation board made of cement, fly ash and silica fume as the main materials by foaming, curing and cutting.
Advantages:
It is a silicate foam material, with properties similar to aerated concrete, light weight, good insulation properties, fireproof and non-flammable.
Disadvantages:
It has lower strength and high water absorption. It is easy to shrink and crack. It is prone to cracking, leakage or shedding. It is particularly prone to cracking at the seams. It is difficult to have the same lifespan with the buildings.
Aerated concrete panel

It is a type of lightweight concrete panel made of lightweight materials, siliceous material and a gas former as the main raw materials by autoclaving.
Advantages:
It is a type of silicate foam material, lightweight, fireproof and non-flammable.
Disadvantages:
It has slightly poorer insulation properties, lower strength, and high water absorption. It is easy to shrink and crack. It is prone to cracking, leakage or shedding. It is particularly prone to cracking at the seams. It is difficult to have the same lifespan with the buildings.
Rock wool board

It is made of natural igneous rock as the main raw material and thermosetting resin as the binder, by melting and centrifuging to cotton.
Advantages:
Rock wool board is a type of insulation board with mineral wool fiber parallel to the board surface and low tensile strength. Rock wool bar is a type of insulation board with mineral wool fiber perpendicular to the board surface, high tensile strength and higher requirements. Both rock wool board and bar have light weight, good insulation properties, fireproof and non-flammable.
Disadvantages:
It has lower strength and high water absorption. It is easy to shrink and crack. It is prone to cracking, leakage or shedding. It is particularly prone to cracking at the seams. It is difficult to have the same lifespan with the buildings.
